Community Bank of Trenton cares about the health of our customers and employees.  Due to the current COVID – 19 (Coronavirus) cases in our area, we are taking the following actions:

  1. We have made the decision to keep our lobby doors locked, until further notice, for the protection of our staff and customers.
  2. We are requesting that customers use the drive-thru for all services that do not require an in-person visit.
  3. If you require an in-person visit, please call us at 224-9258 for an appointment.
  4. If you do not have a phone with you, please pull up to the drive thru and speak with a Universal Banker.
  5. During this healthcare crisis we would like to encourage the use of our electronic options for completing transactions, including:  internet banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, our ATM and all ATM networks, and the use of your Community Bank of Trenton debit card.
  6. Our employees will not be working if they are ill, and we request that you avail yourself of all of the online and electronic options for doing business with us during this healthcare crisis.
  7. We encourage all customers during this unprecedent time to take all necessary steps to keep yourself and your family healthy by following the guidance supplied by the CDC and our local Clinton County Healthcare Department.

The Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (Department) evaluates our performance in meeting the financial services needs of this community, including the needs of low-income to moderate-income households.  The Department takes this evaluation into account when deciding on certain applications submitted by us for approval by the Department.  Your involvement is encouraged.  You may obtain a copy of our evaluation once the Department completes out first evaluation.  You may also submit signed, written comments about our performance in meeting community financial services needs to the Department.  We will update this notice when our first evaluation has been issued.
